Pokémon GO has taken the world by storm recently. It’s success has paved path for many other independent developers to develop awesome collaborative apps for Go. The recent app which caught our attention is Poke Radar for Pokémon GO 1.1 developed by Braydon Batungbacal. The app is available on both Android and iOS platforms. It’s worth mentioning here that this app is in no way affiliated with Nintendo, Niantic or Pokemon brand. It’s just a simple assistant app developed by loyal fans.
The working of Poke Radar is quite simple it enables you to view all the nearby pokes, dicovered by yourself or others on the map, available in your locality. It also shows the times of day they were discovered. You can also find a specific Pokemon’s location by using the “Filter” feature.
As already mentioned, Poke Radar for GO 1.1 is an assistive app so its possible when you first install the app you won’t see any Pokemon locations in your area. In that case go out and mark the locations of Pokemons you have found to helf the other enthusiasts in your area. All Pokemon location submissions can be “Upvoted” or “Downvoted” by other players. Keep in mind that your trainer name will also be associated so too may Downvotes could damage your reputation as local trainer.
If your marked locations receive ample amount of Upvotes it will receive display priority on the map and in the sameway if your locations turn out to be bogus and receive too many Downvotes its will be autmotically removed from the map.
